At Kingsley Medical we endeavour to provide the highest level of patient care. Our fees and protocols are outlined on our website and are also available from Reception so that patients are fully informed prior to their consultation.

 

We aim to minimize our patients’ waiting times and have provided guidance as to how you may assist us with this by arriving to your consultation well prepared. Click here.

 

We understand that we may not always meet your expectations. If there are times when you feel that you have not received appropriate medical care then we would welcome your feedback. If you have a suggestion as to how we might improve our service or if you have any issues or concerns, we urge you to resolve these with Kingsley Medical directly.
